The Golden Rule: All of your client data (including passwords, credentials, GST/IT filing status, deadlines, and business information) is stored exclusively on your local computer's database. This data is never uploaded to our servers or any third-party cloud service.
1. Information We Collect (Only for Activation)
To provide and validate your software license, we collect a limited amount of information during the activation process and periodic license checks:
- Email Address: The email you used to purchase the license.
- Product Key: The unique key provided upon purchase.
- Machine ID: An anonymous hardware identifier to lock your license to a single machine.
2. Information We DO NOT Collect
We do not collect, monitor, or have access to:
- Any of your client data or credentials
- Your GST/IT portal passwords or login information
- Filing status or deadline tracking data
- Usage analytics or telemetry
- Any other files or information on your computer
3. How We Use Your Information
The limited information we collect is used solely for:
- Verifying that your Product Key is valid
- Activating the full features of the Software
- Preventing license fraud and piracy
- Providing customer support related to your license
4. Data Security
Your client data is stored locally. You are responsible for the security of your own computer and data backups. We recommend taking regular backups using the built-in "Backup Database" feature.
