Terms of Use (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Terms") is a legal agreement between you and BestWay Solution for the use of the BestWay FilingMate software ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, BestWay Solution grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer to which the license is activated. You are permitted to make one copy for backup purposes only.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
  • Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Software.
  • Share, publish, or distribute your Product Key. Your license is tied to your machine.

3. Activation and License Verification

  • Activation: A valid license key is required to unlock full functionality. Activation is a one-time process per machine.
  • License Checks: The Software performs periodic checks to verify your license validity.
  • Lifetime Licenses: A lifetime license allows indefinite use on the activated machine.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind. BestWay Solution does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability (Very Important)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BestWay Solution be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or financial penalties arising from missed deadlines or incorrect compliance tracking) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.

You, the user, are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all filing deadlines, compliance status, and client data managed using the Software. The Software is a tool to assist you, not a substitute for professional accounting advice. The entire liability of BestWay Solution shall be limited to the amount you actually paid for the Software license.

6. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

7. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal action arising under this agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu.
