Terms of Use (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Terms") is a legal agreement between you and BestWay Solution for the use of the BestWay GST Invoice App software ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
Upon purchase, BestWay Solution grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer to which the license is activated. You are permitted to make one copy for backup purposes only.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
- Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Software.
- Share, publish, or distribute your Product Key. Your license is tied to your machine and is for your use only.
3. Activation and License Verification
- Activation: A valid license key is required to unlock the full functionality of the Software. Activation is a one-time process per machine and requires an internet connection.
- License Checks: The Software performs periodic background checks to verify the validity of your license. If your license is found to be invalid, expired, or used on multiple machines, the Software may lock itself ("Locked Screen") until a valid key is entered.
- Lifetime Licenses: A lifetime license allows you to use the purchased version of the Software indefinitely on the activated machine.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind. BestWay Solution does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability (Very Important)
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BestWay Solution be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or financial penalties arising from incorrect tax calculations or missed deadlines) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
You, the user, are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all invoices, tax calculations (GST, UTGST, etc.), and reports generated using the Software. The Software is a tool to assist you, not a substitute for professional accounting advice. The entire liability of BestWay Solution shall be limited to the amount you actually paid for the Software license.
6. Termination
This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
7. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal action arising under this agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Aruppukkottai, Tamil Nadu.
